Working Consultation
We will meet with you and discuss your goals,
expectations and how to receive the maximum return on
investment for your home improvement dollars. We will go
over our 8-step home staging process while walking through
the home as a buyer would and gathering those all-important
“first impressions.” Working together, we’ll roll up our
sleeves and stage a few of the main areas of your home in
order to give you a visual of “how to” transform spaces.
We’ll take some gorgeous photos and give those to you and
your agent to use in your marketing efforts. Fine tuning
services are available.
Half Day Home Staging OR Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes that just need a little
more extra attention and expertise. The Cottage Couture
Design Consultant will be working from our 8-step Action
Plan we began in the Consultation, to make dramatic
transformations to the main areas of the home. We will bring
in accessories in order to complete the look of each room,
take great photos for your agent’s marketing efforts, and
give you a visual of what to purchase.
Full Day Home Staging OR Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes that need a little more
attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet. We
spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your
home. You won’t believe the difference a day can make!
You’ll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your
agent’s marketing efforts, and visuals of purchases you can
make to complete the look.
Completed Action Plan and “Do-It-Yourself” Guides
Add a completed 10-page, Action Plan to any of the above
Staging Days or Consultation in order to complete the look
yourself. We’ll take an extra hour going through the home
with you and filling out our Action Plan. We’ll also email
you “Do-It-Yourself” guides for projects that will make a
dramatic difference in the value of your home.
New Listing OR Open House Staging Weekend
This service is perfect for the house that is just about
to go onto the market OR have an Open House in order to make
a great first impression! A Cottage Couture Design
Consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend
transforming the house into a buyer’s dream. To get top
dollar, every home should go through our complete home
staging transformation BEFORE being listed!
Shopping Service
We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories
that serve as investments in the sale of your home. Simple,
inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of
a room. We know where to go and can get some “Designer
Discounts” for you.
Vacant Home Staging Package
Our goal will be to add enough home furnishings in order
to give the space a warm, open and comfortable feel that
gives the buyers a frame of reference and fuels their
imagination. This package includes: consultation, furniture
and accessories planning, staging and de-staging the home.
